British Council TEFL Open Evening
Come to our free drop-in event in central London on Thursday August 1st. This event has a special focus on the Middle East and North Africa. British Council staff from our teaching centres in the Middle East and North Africa* will be available to answer your questions about working for the British Council overseas as an EFL teacher.
You can drop in any time between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. There will be some short presentations through the evening, as well as refreshments. The event ends at 8.30pm.
This event is for teachers at all stages of their career, and for people who are thinking of training in TEFL. However, please note that when recruiting new teachers, we look for people who have completed a TEFL training course (CELTA or Trinity Cert. TESOL) and for the majority of our vacancies, you need at least two years’ experience of putting that training into practice.
We look forward to welcoming you on Thursday the 1st of August, at The British Council, 10 Spring Gardens, London SW1A 2BN. This event is free of charge. To reserve a place, sign up here.
